Product Warranty

Our products are crafted to be durable and come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, valid with proof of order or original receipt.

If a manufacturing fault is discovered within this period, we will repair or replace the item. To arrange an assessment, please email hontco.store@gmail.com with:

• Order number

• Contact details (phone & email)

• Description of the issue (with photos, if possible)

• Exchange preference, if applicable

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by pets chewing leashes or collars. However, our team will gladly assess the item and provide a repair quote where possible.
